Currently St. Paul’s Bay Group BRA has approximately 230 members.

Our Coffee Morning takes place on the first Friday of the month at the Canifor Hotel, Triq Nakkri, Qawra, meeting at 10:00am for 10:30am.We have various activities, speakers, quizzes or maybe some form of entertainment. Entrance fee for members is Euros 2.50 and for guests Euros 5.00. This entitles you to refreshments plus tea or coffee and the chance to win a Free Raffle prize. We also run an excellent raffle during Coffee Morning to help raise funds for the Group.

Pub Nights are also held at the Cornish Arms, Clover Court, Triq it-Tartarum, Qawra on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month – time 7:00pm for 7:30pm. On these nights Pool and Darts are organised, and you can also play cards, dominoes or you can just come along for a chat with other members. Once a year, usually in March, there is a Darts and Pool tournament. Suppers are available at Euros 3 for BRA members and at Euros 5 for others.

Coffee Mornings stop for July, August and September when temperatures are at their highest and of course many members go off on their travels. Pub Nights continue throughout the summer though during these three months there are no organised games. Members just go along if they wish; supper is still available.

We have a Social Secretary on our committee who organises outings and lunches and in November we always have a Christmas Dinner Dance which is usually held at the Suncrest Hotel, Qawra.

We have our own extensive library situated at Olive Court, Triq il-Bahhara, Qawra. This is open all year round, Tuesday to Friday, 10:00am to 12:00pm, where you can borrow books and DVDs at very reasonable prices. You can also enjoy a coffee, tea and biscuits at a very reasonable price.
