The Sliema / St Julian’s group meets for coffee on the first Tuesday of the month at 10.00 am for 10.30 am October to June inclusive. The venue is The Malta Union Club, Tigne Street, Sliema.

At coffee mornings refreshments are provided against a modest entrance fee of €2.50. There is also a library available. Members have the opportunity to listen to what we hope will be an interesting speaker, catch up with each other and find out about ongoing events. Prospective members of any nationality are most welcome to attend a coffee morning to see how friendly a group we are and find out what we are all about.

Each month, September to June, members receive a Group newsletter which carries news of the activities of the association together with welfare and other useful information. In addition visits are arranged to places of interest, and usually on the third Wednesday of the month a lunch is held at a local venue. During the year we arrange a St George’s Day dinner dance, a summer barbeque and also a Christmas lunch.

Our welfare officers will visit, circumstances permitting, and do their best to assist anyone and provide information on living in Malta.

16th Christmas Lunch at The Skyroom, Preluna Hotel, Sliema.

▪ JANUARY
10th. Annual General Meeting at the MALTA UNION CLUB, Tigne Str. Sliema.
18th. Lunch.
